Acceptance
By accessing jenyjewels.com or placing an order with Jeny Jewels, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Custom Orders
All custom jewellery orders require a minimum 50% advance payment before work begins. The remaining 50% is due before dispatch. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced, as each piece is made exclusively for you. Cancellations within 48 hours of placing the order may receive a full refund of the advance.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices include 3% GST on gold and 18% GST on making charges as applicable under Indian tax law. International prices are indicative; final pricing in USD/AED will be confirmed at time of order.
Payment
We accept: UPI, NEFT/RTGS, Cheque, Credit/Debit Card (via Razorpay). For orders above ₹2,00,000, payment via NEFT/RTGS is preferred. All transactions are secured. EMI options available on select credit cards.
Delivery & Risk
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery and signature confirmation. We strongly recommend not signing for a delivery if the package appears tampered with. Jeny Jewels insures all shipments — in case of damage in transit, contact us within 24 hours.
Returns
Ready jewellery may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with all documentation. Custom / bespoke pieces are non-returnable. Exchange for equal or higher value is available within 30 days.
Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, and content on jenyjewels.com are the property of Jeny Jewels. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited. Our bespoke designs created for you are your personal property once paid for.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
