Your diamond keeps its value with us. We offer transparent buyback on certified diamonds, lifetime exchange against new purchases, and an upgrade path when you're ready for a larger stone — your original diamond value carried forward.
Returns
Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 7 days in original, unworn condition with certificate and packaging. Custom and bespoke commissions are made to order and are non-returnable, though we'll always work with you to make it right.
Shipping & Insurance
Every order ships fully insured, door to door, with signature on delivery. We deliver across India and internationally to the USA, UK, UAE and beyond via secure, tracked luxury courier. Duties and customs guidance provided for NRI and overseas clients.
